Batch Operations
Apply changes to multiple connections at once, saving time when managing your alarm monitoring system.
Overview
Batch Operations allow you to configure multiple connections simultaneously instead of editing them one by one. This is particularly useful when you need to:
Apply the same delay rule to all your connections
Update technical contact email across multiple sites
Enable or disable periodic tests in bulk
Activate or deactivate multiple connections at once

Best Practices
Use filters wisely: Narrow down your selection using filters before selecting connections to avoid accidentally modifying the wrong ones.
Review before applying: Always check the summary in Step 3 to confirm the number of connections that will be affected.
Start small: If you're unsure, test with a small selection first before applying to all connections.
Check plan compatibility: When using Pro or Business features, verify that your selected connections have the required plan.
Monitor results: After completion, review the results to ensure all connections were updated successfully.
Troubleshooting
"None of your selected connections support this feature"
This means all your selected connections are on a plan that doesn't include this feature. Select connections with the appropriate plan or choose a different action.
